Department of Addiction Treatment

Our department offers outpatient help, counselling and treatment to people at risk of addiction to alcohol, drugs, pathological gambling and gambling.

We see addiction as the "tip of the iceberg"; it is usually not just a problem with a particular addictive substance. Thus, to address the problem situation, it is important to see the relational context of the client's life. The client's willingness to take responsibility for their life story and way of life is essential for success.

Who we help:

Clients aged 18 and over.
People who are at risk of addiction to alcohol, drugs or pathological gambling.
People who are not satisfied with their current lifestyle and are willing to make a change in their lives.
Partners, parents or relatives of addicted people (those not in the care of DPS).
