Our day program offers support to people who have experienced psychotic illness—most often following hospitalization or during a period when they need a safe space to recover and regain stability. We are here for those who want to better understand their condition and reconnect with everyday life—at their own pace and with the support of the group. Through a regular routine, a safe environment, and the opportunity to share experiences with others, we create a space for stabilizing mental health and preventing its deterioration. The program also includes the development of communication, social, and practical skills that can help with the transition back to everyday life.
Our goal is not only to manage symptoms but also to support personal growth and the search for a new balance, tailored to each individual’s abilities and needs.
The day program runs from Monday through Thursday in morning and afternoon sessions. Mornings are devoted to psychotherapy groups and relaxation, while afternoons feature activities such as cognitive function training, education, art therapy, or music therapy.
You can join the program at any time during the year.
The program is intended for clients:
- who have experienced psychosis or have been diagnosed with schizophrenia,
- who are in the post-hospitalization period or in need of more intensive support,
- who want to strengthen their stability, develop skills, and be part of a community.
