Our day care centre offers support to people who have experienced psychotic illness – most often following hospitalisation or during a period when they need a safe space to recover and regain stability. We are here for those who wish to better understand their condition and reconnect with everyday life – at their own pace and with the support of the group. Through a regular routine, a safe environment and the opportunity to share experiences with others, we create a space for stabilising mental health and preventing its deterioration. The programme also includes the development of communication, social and practical skills that can help with the return to everyday life.
Our aim is not only to manage symptoms, but also to support personal growth and the search for a new balance, in line with each individual’s capabilities and needs.
The day centre runs from Monday to Thursday in morning and afternoon sessions. The mornings are devoted to psychotherapy groups and relaxation, whilst the afternoons feature activities such as cognitive function training, education, art therapy or music therapy.
It is possible to join the programme at any time during the year.
The programme is designed for clients:
- who have experienced psychosis or have been diagnosed with schizophrenia,
- who are in the period following hospitalisation or who require more intensive support,
- who wish to strengthen their stability, develop their skills and be part of a community.
