KRATOM: WHAT DO WE KNOW ABOUT IT?

The DPS Ondřejov Day Centre is organising a themed session on kratom, a substance that has been the subject of increasing discussion in recent years. A great deal of information is circulating both online and amongst people, but it is not always easy to make sense of it all.

The expert guide for the event will be addiction specialist Vít Stříteský, who will present verified information on what kratom is, where it comes from, how it affects the human body, and what risks may be associated with its use. The discussion will also cover where to find reliable sources of information and how to better navigate this issue.
