A proven method to regain mental balance

The program is designed for clients with mental illness who want to calm the mind and body, increase stress resilience and improve overall fitness.

The program uses elements of traditional Hatha Yoga and some other mind-body connection-based modalities. It develops sensitivity to the body and emotions, promotes the ability to relax and maintain mental balance under any conditions. It contributes to better breathing, harmonizes life energy, improves overall fitness and sense of well-being.

Take with you: comfortable clothes, drink, towel, mattress.

The maximum number of participants in the group is 10, it is advisable to register in advance.

The program is ongoing, it is possible to join on an ongoing basis.
