Verbena - preview

The psychotherapy group is intended for clients coping with a first or repeated psychotic attack, which has arisen due to long-term stress, e.g. during studies, work, complicated relationships or burnout.

Over a period of 6 months, clients integrate the distress associated with the development of a psychotic attack, build insight into possible triggers of the illness, expand their own coping resources and learn to better understand their experiences and functioning in different areas of life (e.g. relationships, work, study).
