Verbena - preview

The psychotherapy group is designed for clients coping with a first or recurrent psychotic episode that arose as a result of long-term stress, such as during their studies, at work, due to complicated relationships, or as a result of burnout.

Over the course of 6 months, clients work through the distressing states associated with the development of a psychotic episode, develop insight into possible triggers of the condition, expand their own coping resources, and learn to better understand their experiences and functioning in various areas of life (e.g., relationships, work, and studies).
