Jasan - programme for students

The programme is intended for young people (16-40 years old) with mental illness who are studying or are planning to study in the near future (high school or apprenticeship, university, preparation for university, courses, language or other courses, etc.).

In the programme you will learn how to learn and manage your studies better. We will show you how to set achievable goals, plan your time effectively and improve your memory and attention. You will learn about your own learning strategies. You will learn new skills aimed at coping with stressful situations in the school environment.

There is no better advertisement than satisfied patients and their positive feedback:

"Overall, I found the course very beneficial in every way and in terms of my interest in future university studies..."

"Thanks to the programme I now have a clear plan and goals for the next year, the ability to plan and organise my time..."

"I think the group has made me less passive."

"What I appreciate about the group is that it was possible to share anything and we were able to get tips from others."

"At the beginning of the course I approached my studies in a chaotic way, now I feel I am more focused."
