Follow-up Modřín - group for clients with dual diagnosis

The treatment group is intended for clients with schizophrenic disorders who have had problems with substance abuse (alcohol, drugs, illegal drugs...) or gambling and who have successfully completed treatment (at least 3 months) or the Motivational Larch program with abstinence for at least 3 months.

The main goal of the Recovery Larch is to provide a safe space to maintain and develop the positive changes achieved in previous treatment and to prevent relapse to substance abuse and SCH disease. The aftercare also addresses clients' adoption of abstinence, including its benefits and limitations, or various current issues related to daily life, relationships, and physical and mental health. The standard length of a recovery programme is 1 year.

  • He has been working as a psychologist and psychotherapist in DPS Ondřejov since July 2017, and also works in the clinical psychology clinic "Mojejá".
  • He has been working in psychology and psychotherapy in the healthcare sector since 2014, in 2014-2015 he worked with preschool children in the children's centre and children's home Ostrůvek, later he worked in the psychiatric department of PN Horní Beřkovice in the addiction department - men. Since 2017, he has been focusing on working with people with psychotic illness in the DPS Ondřejov.
  • He is a graduate of the training in Gestalt psychotherapy within the Dialog Institute - CZGPTI, he also focused on the application of Feuerstein's method in DPS Ondřejov, currently he is a participant of the training in Therapy in nature since 2024, focusing on the integration of staying in nature into psychotherapeutic procedures.
